I thought I was FULLY aware of this issue and was prepared to spend to fix it but
I didn't realized the extent of my 1998 WL-P Itaska's troubles. $$$$ not cheap to fix this much damage.

A good body shop should be up to the task. A RV body shop WILL rob you. If you were in MA I would send you to my son. He loves challenges like yours.

Looks like my 2002 adventurer. I had the same damage, the bottom frame was totally rusted away. So bad that the glass shop could or would not replace the glass. What I did was had two new pieces of steel formed and replaced the rusted out frame. If you want a step by step process what I did I could supply you with the fix that I used. It was a lot of fun driving my Adventurer without any windshield for 13 miles.
Wow. That looks nasty. Sure hope my window framing is doing better than that. I've done some maintenance and added some preventative tapes and a gutter, only time will tell if it helps any. Weather Proofing, & Windows... | Chaos Leaves Town
