Summerize

As part of my Summerization this year had to replace the step motor assembly. Had a bad controller, and an old coach with a controller Kwikee doesn't make any longer. It ended up that the controller that would work, was almost as expensive as a new kit with controller, motor, and gearbox, with hardware.

The kit installed fairly easily. The new magnetic switch wire had to be fished as the original wires were jammed between a trim piece and the door frame. There is a hole in the inner frame already, so I just drilled through and ran the wires.

The new unit is tidy and impressive and it works. A little wire brushing, some paint and wire ties: Job done.
