mirror or outside camera for front of RV

Hello I have a 2004 Itasca Suncruiser 33V and would like to install some sort of mirror or camera that would allow me to see where the front passenger side fender is when making left turns. Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe pictures or internet addresses where I might purchase them?
thanks in advance
alan

When I was having some issues with my older unit I had done some digging on this site, RV Cams: Backup Camera Systems (All). The owner was EXTREMELY helpful and responsive. I’ve seen several other posts on this site and others where people have worked with them and were very happy.

I didn’t end up going with them simply because I sold the coach, but just based on the communication on the front end with them I would highly recommend.

Cheapest way to accomplish what you want is probably a convex mirror setup like school busses use. Those mirrors really work well.

I got a cheap ($12) camera off Amazon for the exact same purpose and a cheap$30 color monitor. Use for the Front PS View. You really can go with low cost equipment off Amazon as purpose is not really critical or used all the time. Good luck,

Installed a passenger-side over-door mirror on a '15 Itasca - bought off-the-shelf from a Freightliner dealer (this is the same mirror used by many OTR trucks). Carefully placed the bracket and drilled 2 holes through the upper door frame and secured with stainless bolts/lock nuts ... see pics ...
