I checked my new 36M over the weekend.
Combined Cargo weight = 4869, not including 849 lbs for water. So you are about 4000 lbs cargo and occupant. My unit does not have the washer and dryer option.
When I ran over the truck scales after loading and about 1/4 tank of water I weighed in at 29,000 lbs.

Overall I like the unit. On our maiden voyage we easily accommodated 8 for a sit down dinner and 10 for cocktails and snacks. The galley layout is great if you like to cook.

On my 2011 34Y, the GVWR is 27910#. I weighed it full of water, fuel, and all the things I would need for a trip and it only weighed 24920# which leaves more CCC if I want to go really crazy. Right now, I am still almost 3000# under my GVWR with the coach road ready. However, I need a little cushion because I tow a full size Silverado extended cab 4x4 that weighs close to 6000# which brings my GCWR to 30920# with a 33000# GCWR rating.
