Help! Winnebago Tribute won't start!

My wife and I are new to rving, and we bought a 2015 Winnebago tribute a month ago (ford chassis, gas). We arrived at Tyler state park on Christmas day and decided to move sites the next day. Our coach started immediately, ran for about 5 seconds, and died. It hasn't started since. We heard to look for an inertia switch, but then read this chassis doesn't have one. We've checked the fuses we can find, and all seem well. We are at a loss. It sounds like the engine isn't getting gas. If we don't figure this out, we will have to be towed on Friday and rent a car to drive back to Houston. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

You are covered under the Ford warranty with road service - maybe they can fix you at the campground without a tow - if they have to tow and keep it they certainly must give you a loner car.

Try switching your chassis battery switch off and back on. This may reset the fuel pump safety switch.

How much gas do you have in the tank?

They won't send someone to our campsite. They are towing Friday. No loner car. Crazy.

We've tried switching the ignition key off and on. The rig was showing 1/4 of a tank. We had someone drive us to get gas and put 15 gallons in it. Nothing. Sure sounds like it's getting no fuel. They are toeing to Ford dealer Friday. No loner car. Strange service for a brand new rig from Winnebago.

We love everything about it. Tons of storage. Perfect! Except that it apparently doesn't run anymore 😡
