I have a 2010 Itasca Suncruiser that has Diamond Shield that I need to replace. My question is about the raised Itasca emblem on the front engine access panel. Is the diamond shield underneath the raised “Suncruiser” emblem? If so, what can I do about that?
I don't have a Suncruiser but have done a few installations of paint protection films. My guess would be that the film was installed before the emblem went on. If not you would see where they would have had to cut around the emblem in order to get the film to lay flat. You would have to look under the hood to see if there are any nuts holding the emblem on, otherwise it may have just been a sticky backed emblem.
Contact winnebagoparts.com. They carry decals for 2000 and up motorhomes. Another problem you may run into is the decal on the front may peel off with the paint protection film.
