Broken Wires under Hood Sunova 35J

Hello
I have a 2008 Itasca Sunova 35J and I was looking to refill the washer fluid. I saw the reservoir was cracked right away, so I will replace that.

I noticed a blue wire, at least I think it is a wire, coming from the top center down to the passenger side. It looks like there was maybe some wire in it at one point, or it is a tube of some sort. Either way, it is very brittle and just touching it at all makes it fall apart. There's a green one in the same condition.

Anyone know what this is for? The pics are sideways after I uploaded and I don't know how to fix that. Sorry!

thank you!

Appears to be the vacuum line to the re-circulation door vacuum actuator.

Mine is a '02 Journey, my friend's is a '04 Journey and we both had that same problem. I don't know what it's for but I do know it's a vacuum line so I went to the local auto parts store and got a foot of vacuum hose. I believe it was 1/8" stuff.

Fixed both of our rigs...or at least replaced the bad hose in both our rigs. Only took 6".
