Adding gauges for Boost and Exhaust Temp?

Anyone have advice for me on adding gauges for Turbo Boost and Exhaust Temp? I have a 2005 Journey 36G with a CAT C7 350hp. Are there already sensors on the C7 or do they need to be added? Is this information available thru the OBDII connector?

Most of us use the SilverLeaf VMSpc system. Check it out at: VMSpc | SilverLeaf Electronics, Inc.

Thanks PapaRed. After my original posting I learned that my Freightliner doesn't use OBDII put instead has a J1939 data port (actually 2, 1 under the dash and 1 way back with the engine.) I've ordered a ScanGauge D that will be easy to connect and provide me the boost monitoring (and a lot more.) For EGT I'll need to install a pyrometer in the exhaust manifold.
