Access to bulb over All In One Control center

Hello all -
I'm upgrading the bulbs in our new-to-us '04 Vectra, and can't figure out how to access the bulb over the power center. All of the other brass-toned puck lights were accessed by unscrewing the cover. The bulb over the control center is white and rotates and has a little lever arm on it. I can't figure out how to remove it, and am afraid of breaking something.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Just to follow up - I got brave and figured it out.
There are 2 clips inside the ring that has the raised lever portion. Both clips are 180 degrees opposite from one another, and 90 degrees away from the raised lever portion.
Use a small screwdriver and you can pop the little clips away; re-install by just pressing and it snaps in to place.
