27N Compartment leak

Anyone with this model have a similar problem? The passenger side rear compartment is getting wet. It appears to be happening only while driving in the rain. At first I thought it was caused by a poor seal between the rear cap and the roof, but after caulking that appears to be not the case. Took into dealer under warranty in November and they sealed the tail lights and "adjusted" the seals on the door. Still leaks. Haven't tried the trick of putting a light inside yet as we are on the road until next week, but at least from the inside it seems pretty well caulked.
