I've tried posting a couple questions on the 2013 Tour thread, but I think I keep getting buried. I have a 2013 Itasca Ellipse 42 QD.

1. I could have sworn my back bath and dinning plugs worked on inverter. Took to dealer to see why they stopped working, and they said those plugs are not on the inverter. Does not seem to make sense to have all the plugs on the inverter except those two.
Question? Do you other QD owners have the use of the back bath and dining plugs on the inverter only.

2. About every third time using my levelers, I get the below error code.
Question? Is anyone else getting these codes?

Now the dealer said they can't make the error code come on.

As far as the wiring, here is all the cabling information for your rig:
Table of Contents

Refer to the Body, 110 Volt Wiring Diagram

Smack2020,

To reset all Error or Service displays, push retract and enter at the same time.
If you still get the error messages, ask them to replace the controller to Version E (or later). It is a known problem. I assume you are running your engine while using the levelers?

Thanks Dave, I checked out the wiring diagram and it looks like the plugs I am referring to are NOT on the inverter. I wish they were, but, oh well, cant have everything.

Thanks,
Yes, I always run the engine when leveling. I am able to clear the ERROR code, but I dont think it should happen so much. The service rep is trying to tell me it,s my fault because I need to park on perfectly level ground. It even happens at RV spots that look really level to me. I think that is just a cop out. I emailed LCI, Luppert to see what they say. Thanks for the info,

Scott

Thanks,

That's kinda like what it's acting like, that it is just taking to long to level and retract and then I get the
ERROR code. The RV is still at the shop so I can't try the re calibration. Maybe needs a new controller.

Scott

Ok, after 2 day of arguing with Camp World, Lippert and Winnie, Winnie tells me I have the old model controller. I told them 2 days ago that I may have an old controller, yikes, bang my head. They said they will install the latest controller. Hope that works.
