2008 Winnebago Destination 37g Fresh water tank valve

Hello I’m a new owner of a 2008 Winnebago Destination 37g. I’m having problems draining the fresh water tank. I think I may have a valve that has gone bad. First where is the tank and the valve that you turn to empty. I know about the thing you pull just like the Greg and black tanks but when I put it for the fresh water tank nothing seems to happen. Where is it suppose to drain from. Thanks for your help
