"04 Sightseer 30B-What's a fair price?

Looking at "04 Sightseer 30B with 16K miles with an asking price of $44,000OBO(Private owner). Values based on NADA Base price plus mileage factor(no options included) are: Average Retail=$40535, Low Retail=$33649. The coach is in better than average condition and well cared for with most of the standard Options included. Considering the shape of the current used coach market, what's a fair price to pay?? I haven't bought a coach recently, so would appreciate your opinions-Thanks

I paid $52000 for my 07 30B with 22000 miles on it. You could probably find a newer one for close to that price. New V 10 and Trans.

Not trying to hijack but I'm curious where to find accurate wholesale & trade-in values.

I would think $36,000 to $38,000. I bought mine when it was 6 years old for $34,000 with 43,000 miles on it. It is a 35' Brave.

My first A was a 2004 30B Sightseer (Special Addition), which I paid $65,000 for new. I traded up because one slide just doesn't cut it. Other than that it wasn't a bad coach.

The only ones I know of are the RV values shown in the NADA book @ NADA.com. The Bue Book doesn't show RV values any longer.

Sightseer

I bought a 35' 2004 sightseer with 2 slides with 8,000 miles on it for $45,000 in January of this year.
