trailer connection 12v+ pin

Have been working with a friend attempting to find the reason he lost the power to the 12V+ pin.
First he has a 2003 Winnebago adventurer on Workhorse P32 chassis and Winne model 35 U.
Have ohm tested the cable and all connections are good but no voltage to the pin with engine running or not.
Contacted Winnebago service they insist the fuse and connection to worikhorse chassis is behind the batteries but have found no such thing from underside as well as removing batteries to make sure.
Hopefully someone out there can guide us to the fuse/connection to the Workhorse chassis.

Thanking you in advance

Are you absolutely sure you are missing the + 12. Is it possible you are trying to measure it and have a bad ground. Can't tell you where the fuse is on that. If it is needed ASAP you could just run another wire till you find the fuse

The wiring diagram for the 2003 35U does not show a +12 wire going to the round 6 pin trailer connector. If he had it at one time that means it was added later.
Does he still have the 6 pin round or a 7 pin RV trailer connector?

So you have 12 volts to the connector?

The connector had power for over 20,000 miles of towing
Yes I have the schematic from winnebago for the unit which does not show any wire to the 12V+ pin. This is why I called winnebago and they indicate they install the connector and insist it is fused under the unit in the area of batteries.
As of yet I do not find any fuse in the area.
I was hoping someone had experienced this problem and maybe knows where this system is in fact tied in either at a fused connection or relay.

Have you checked the back of the connector with a test light that can penetrate the wires to see if the 12 volts is getting to the connector? You could have a bad connection in the connector......its happened to me.

No there is no power even probing the wire where it is last exposed about 6" from the factory 7 pin trailer connection.

The only thing left is to try to trace the wire...is it seperate or in a harness? If its in a harness then most likely the factory did it.

Based on what I see on pdf page 110 in the full wiring diagram (http://www.winnebagoind.com/diagram/...0167472025.pdf), the Trailer Tow Battery Feed circuit (PP2; 12 gauge yellow wire) used with the 7 way connector option, is sourced from the P32 chassis. You will need the P32 chassis wiring diagram in order to trace this back to the source.
