You have a few options:

-Install a blade switch at the terminal post. (Negative is you lose settings on the radio, and if our transmission learns your driving style, it could be loss and reset each time too. (Could, not sure on this.)
-Install a stand alone maintenance charger. If a wet cell, get a bit more expensive unit that automatically de-sulfates as needed.
-Solar Panels, with a flow over battery percentage to the chassis

As mentioned, these coaches consume quite a bit of juice. I elected to just oversize our battery bank, then try to stop all of the added up small trickle loss of power. We also added a residential refrigerator. With no one in the coach, but the refrigerator still on and thus the inverter too, we consume between 180-220AH's overnight. (No tv, no lights, nothing - as the doors are locked and no one is inside.) So our 800AH AGM battery bank can be down to about 80% + or - 2-3% overnight. Our 1200W of Solar Panels, usually have us back at 100% SOC very early in the day.

When at home and in temporary storage beside the house, I leave the Solar Control going in case of power outages. But I have the coach plugged into a 20A service, and the Magnum MS2812 Charger 'floats' the battery bank along. The Magnum Smart Battery Combiner maintains the Chassis MF 8D CAT 1500CCA battery well for us.

Best of luck to you on your decisions, and hopefully someone with a similar coach will chime in to see if their is a way to reduce the power drain on your rig.

The radio/TV switch is definitely the source of the drain on the chassis battery. Such a simple solution to such a annoying problem! The other minor draws are hardly measureable.

Seems like the OEM should have wired the radio/TV to the house batteries. I had assumed all coaches were wired with the stereo, etc. powered by the house batteries so as to avoid the exact issue you are facing. Maybe consider switching the power source for these items to the house batteries.
