No current to overhead dome antenna in coach

2016 view had cable/ antenna switch recently replaced at dealership. However, after trying to turn on tuner dome for antena in overhead coach, noticed we have no power to that tuner. Please advise so I will not have to return to dealership. Is there a fuse or reset button.

Is it the small green signal lights on the antenna that do not come on?

Does the antenna work otherwise, are you getting channels on the TV?
The switch on the antenna and its signal lights do not need to be on for it to work.

No channels with antenna- only with cable . I have a King Jack over the air antenna.
I did receive power to the dome until technical replaced the power switch located in the overhead cabinet behind coach tv. Is there a fuse for the overhead surelock signal meter .

You might want to look up your year and model 12 volt wiring diagrams here;

Winnebago Industries

We have only had our View a few months and haven't run across the circuit for the coach TV antenna and booster wiring.

Know how to use a multimeter? Take the booster switch plate off the wall and check for 12V there. Also check the coax cables for tightness. Could be as simple as the light has failed but everything else works.

The light does come on the switch booster when turned on since tech replaced switch but will check coax cables and also amps with multimeter. However, no antenna reception searching channel and green lights not on when overhead attenuators is turned on. Thanks for suggestions- will try them. This problem only occurred after tech worked on system.

Return and have the tech fix what he messed up, otherwise he will assume he did everything correctly and you are satisfied with the quality of his work.
