WooooooooooooooooooooHooooooooooooooo! They're all working! It WAS the GFI on the Inverter box. I swear I pushed on it so hard and nothing. My husband pushed it harder and we heard a click and Eureka! That's all it was. Both TV's and VCR work without a signal of course. What a relief!
