I have a 2004 Winnebago Sightseer 30b. When I run the generator and use the microwave, the clock on the microwave goes twice as fast. For example, I put 1 min on the microwave, press start and it counts down to 0 in abour 35 seconds. I dont have the problem when I am hooked up to regular 30amp service. Has anyone else had this problem or know where the problem might be? Thanks.

What kind of generator is it? Is it on-board or portable? It sounds like dirty electricity...

herzer15....
Welcome to the forum and the Winnebago forum! I am sure that you will find this RV forum the friendliest one around...as long as you ignore your Uncle-in-law!
(Dip D....just how many more family members are RVers?? Think you need to introduce them all to iRV2!

I am sure someone other than Diplomat Don may have a better answer soon...

In the meantime... can I throw some Winnebago Karma your way? It doesn't hurt and it is free!

Again...welcome to the forum!!

MonacoMama

(PS... I expect the other DipD relative will have a smart aleck remark coming your way also...so be prepared )
