The chassis battery starts the engine, should not affect the level displays on the holding tanks at all.. The Aux or House battery.. Is the one that should run that panel.

I don't have a winnebago so I can't help with location but I do have a fuse labeled for monitor panel. The same fuse says it's also for the water pump. If you have found a fuse labeled for the panel, and it is good, it would seem the next step would be to get behind the panel with a test lamp and start checking for voltage.

Sorry about that! I'm an Industrial Multi-Craft Electrician and I cruise the electrical problem threads in an attempt to help and just reacted to that post. Again, I apologize. I had no good suggestions to your particular problem but if you were nearby I'd be the first one to pull out my meter to help!!

Is it possible that you may have turned off your aux batteries when you removed the battery and failed to throw it back "on" when you replaced it?

Hi Ho: Your trusty voltmeter and a good set of wiring schematics are the solution to your problem. Diagrams are available on this web site. Since we aren't there you will have to do it alone. Just measure the voltage at the battery and follow the wiring diagrams. It will show you which wires or fuses are in the chain.

By the way, I don't normally take batteries out or disconnect them to charge them. They are fine just as they are. Just put the charger on the right way.
