I must be blessed..............
I have the original charging set-up in mt 2001 Adventurer and everything is working perfectly.
My solar panel works ,
My solenoid works and coach batteries charge while engine runs,
Shore line keeps charge at 13.6-7v,
My conservation switch works .. I use this when the unit is just sitting for a while, the solar charge keeps everything ok.

So far, am very satisfied.

I had to replace the old Interstates last Dec. when the deep cycle Batteries finally quit.

Al is good and functioning as it should.

I will keep all of your suggestions if an upgrade is necessary.

I found a low voltage situation (~12.5v) from the converter in my 2007 Adventurer. The main battery connectors in the very rear of the converter were loose. Had to use a mirror to see them, under the refrigerator. After tightening, all is perfect.
Be careful. Disconnect the battery or the full battery power will still be at those terminals.

There was another, more serious, "no charging" issue, that I fixed a few years ago. It involved the harness to the "boost" switch being incorrectly assembled.
I'll post it under "Coach batteries not charging".
