fuse on stop light blowes

I have a very strange scenario going on, We have a 2006 adventurer. We have had it for almost a year now. I pull a trailer with a jeep on it. for some unknown reason some times when we are pulling the trailer it blows the fuse in the fuse panel that is listed as the stop. It only does it once in a while, and when it does I lose power too the tail light, brake lite, and cruse control. That is how I can tell It has blown. It seems to do it when we stop for fuel or some other reason. I change the fuse and it is good for awhile then it will blow again. It has never blown when we don't pull trailer. I have checked all of the wiring for shorts and have not found any, I even checked all of the wiring on the trailer, nothing. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks in advance

To much current!
With the trailer you are adding the load for all the lights on the trailer.
When the moon is just right and the stars are aligned, it happens. Maybe the fuse has been stressed with the extra load and is just worn out.

Use relays powered from the battery and triggered by the lights. Your problem will disappear.

Good Luck, Travel Safe
