To Clay L

[QUOTE] If anyone is interested I can scan the schematic I made and email it to you. Just need your email address.

I sure would like the schematic if you can e-mail it to me.

Good morning all!!

We have a Suncruiser 33V with a manual alignment dish and I wanted to know if the normal rotation for the factory installed dish is between NNE to about SSE, meaning there is a blind spot from NNE to SSE??

When the RV is parked due north, and the bird is at 165 to 175, I can't get proper allignment since the dish does not rotate that far.

Is this normal? I am going to get an external dish, but hate to be so limited in range of the roof top unit.

thanks, jim

Sounds like it may be binding. My dish will rotate all the way. You might climb up on the roof and check to see that nothing is binding or hanging up.

Hi Jim:

We have a 2003 Suncruiser 33V, Ford chassis, and the same type manual dish. Ours rotates 360 degrees, as yours should. I've taken mine completely apart to install the Weingard modification kit (part #RPM46) to eliminate the looseness that's apparent in windy conditions. (It worked by the way) I called Sandy at 1-800-288-8094 and she was very helpful>

Best,

Pat

I want to install a crank-up dish on the roof my 04 Brave, but am afraid of cutting holes in the roof. Anyone does this before? And if you have, what problems can I anticipate?

We have a KVH L-3 tracker. It has two LNB outputs allowing feed to two different receivers (front and back). Go to -

to see schematic. I have been told this doesn't work but it sure works nicely on our '02 Itasca 35U W22.
