I have a 2004 Vectra 40KD. After storing for awhile, I do not have headlights, running lights or turn signals. I do have brake lights. I have checked all of the fuses and connections under the dash. Everything else in the coach works fine. I'm at a loss of ideas, any help would be appreciated.

I know there is a couple year difference but my 07 vectra has a circut breaker panel in the bay just forward of the left front tire with alot of chassis fuses and circut breakers.

I would take a meter to the Dash light switch and see if you are getting power across it next.

Get the chassis wiring diagram for your Vectra here.

No, I will but the head lights and running lights and the turn signals do not work so either switch is unlikely the problem.

There is another bunch of fuses and the turn signal flasher located in the rear accessed from the outside. In my Journey it's behind sheet metal in the electrical bay. If I remember John Canfield's notes on his Vectra the fuse/flasher block is behind the louvered panel for the AC condenser (rearmost panel on the passenger side). I think unscrews from behind and is hinged to flip up.

How do you pull the fuse for the low voltage system? Do you need to climb in the back of them to pull the circuit? We all know if the little round button pops forward you push it back but how do you "disconnect" the circuit manually?

Still working the issue. Talked to Winnebago today. They tried to help but eluded to a Freightliner chassis issue. All fuses check out. There does appear to be some corrosion on the many wires that connect to the engine batteries so will clean them all and see if we get power. Thanks for all of the help.

Finaly solved the problem, As it turns out, the turn signal and headlight circuit are powered directly off of the engine batteries. After finding no other problems, I started cleaning the many battery connections and the problem was solved. I now know what wire powers the circuit. Folks may want to check and clean the battery connections to avoid this same problem. After cleaning I appiled some spray to prevent corrosion.
