Electric heat option

I prefer to use the electric heat option when using the generator or on shore power.
Recently my unit will start the electric heat but then it shuts off after a few seconds.
The air condition function works properly.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem with the electric heat function?
Thanks,
Robert

I eventually discovered that the difference between set heat and ambient heat cannot be more than 5 degrees or system will shut down-works fine now
