E450 wire color codes

When I installed my dash-mounted GPS I tapped power from a wire that's hot only when the engine is running. I'd like to change that to a source that's hot in both accessory and run modes. The under-dash is quite crowded and most wire bundles are tape wrapped making wire tracing rather difficult. I've tried the Ford Owner website and also Googled a few others but still couldn't find the info I need. Does anyone else here know that wire code off the top of their head?
