Ronald, welcome to our website and forum. I would think that the console switches should be lit up. Have you adjusted the dimmer switch on the main "dome" lights?

My 2003 Suncruiser did not have anything lit up on the side consoles, even the dash switches were not illuminated. On my Bus every rocker switch is labeled and backlit. I did notice that they are the same format rocker switches made by Cole-Hersee that are used on the Winnebago products. If you want a specific switch to be lit up you could look at an Allegro switch setup and order that switch from any Tiffin dealer. I'm sure they'd fit and you can wire them up to the dash light circuit so that they are dimmable.

The dash in the Adventurer/Suncruiser is all new for 2005. I don't see the picture online of the dash that's in the brochure, it shows all the rocker switches on the dash lit up. Maybe someone else has more info...
Just realized you can view the brochure online in pdf format. Here's a link to the page with the dash picture, the driver's door console shows in it too.
