Coach Batteries Mystery Drain

I have been studying the various power posts here. Mine is a 2006 Itasca Ellipse. All was fine until I got home from a road trip. I plug into 20amp shore power. A week later coach batteries are dead but good 110 at the outlets. What may be related: I was servicing the gen a few days ago. . I found that starting the gen tripped the GFI on shore outlet. I wonder if it blew a fuse somewhere also. The aux battery switch by the front door is a rocker. I don't know if anyone hit that but if it's run by coach batteries it won't work.
