Cab a/c problem

I am not sure if this is the right forum for this but I will give it a try.
I have a 2004 adventurer on a workhorse chassis

While in Texas last year I had an issue with the dash A/C.

I took it to a repair man who, I think tried in good faith to fix my problem, but he messed things up.
He replaced the control panel vacuum switch with a Standard HS564 switch. He said it was not an exact replacement but should work. It did not.

Now I am home and want to get things fixed. There is no vacuum to the heater control valve to start with.

I searched the web for info on the standard HS564 switch but no tech data seems to be available.
Can, for starters, anyone direct me to a diagram of the vacuum line hookup including the colors?
A schematic of the switch would also be useful.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reading.
