It appears mine may be bad . As I have the same voltage to the heavy cables .

So its always on . My guess is its bad
Can these be cleaned also ?
On another note I did get a silver contact replacement solenoid for the Aux start

You may be able to clean it but I don't think I have ever taken one of those apart. I bypassed mine even though it was not bad. I didn't want it to ever get turned off accidently.

wWl as said I am reading 12 plus no matter what position .
Just wondering if I should hear a click .
I would replace rather than repair

You should indeed hear a noise when it activates and deactivates.

For now ill leave it as its charging both batterys
But in the future , will replace it and take the old apart for giggles as it appears to be screwed together with phillips
