i unhooked the coach batteries to clean the terminals and when i hooked them up again i have military time display instead of the am pm display i had previously..i can't find any info in my winnebago book and files as to how to reset it if possible..this is the 12v led clock ..would appreciate any info..thanks..jim

If it's the same clock as in my 2003 Suncruiser, it's made by JRV Products. Their website is http://www.jrvproductsinc.com and you can get phone numbers or email contacts from there. I bought a second clock directly from them to put in the bedroom of my Allegro Bus and their tech support is knowledgeable so I'm sure they can help you out.

i tried to call and email jrvproducts using the info on the linked site but the phone nr was for some other company and the email was returned as undeliverable..thanks..jim

after the last post i called winnebago and they couldn't help me but did give me jrv's number...i called them and they told me to unplug it again then restore the power..if that didn't work i could return it to them for repair free of charge even though it is over 4 years old..well that worked and it appears fine..thanks..

Great! I'm glad to hear that worked for you. I knew they were still there. Apparently their website is out of date.

Doing a cold reboot on a doigital clock makes sense. Maybe they should install a CTRL-ALT-DELETE key on it.

well actually the clock was about the only thing that hasn't been a problem until now..this is a slight exaggeration..anyway the telephone for jrv products is 714-259-9772..the number for service on the website was 866-259-9772 but it not in use by jrv..i was impressed with their consideration..jim
