Batteries

Just put 6 of the
Duracell® AGM Deep Cycle Marine and RV Battery - Group Size 31

in and does anyone know if they are AGM 1's or 2's so I can change charger settings. I have 3 choices AGM1 or AGM2 or flooded. Also what should AH meter read. It is at 400AH now.

Thanks

Hopefully they will have them out here on the left coast (Washington) when my flooded cell batteries need replacement. ON their web site it looks like they are an east of the Rockies item. That is an excellent price.

I believe Batteries Plus has them but may be $10 or $20 more but they normally offer a $10 discount if you order on line but believe they will ship to a local store if you have one

This looks like a good find. It certainly has many attributes. My Optima have been around and still work great for going on 10 years. I would expect replacement in the future. Of course, I still like my 6 volt deep cycle for the house supply. only water them once a year with the progressive staged charger.

The Optima really punch the diesel over in a matter of seconds. Still the Duracell look great. AND the price is good too. let's see how they look at 10 years out. they are heavier by about 10 lbs over the optima.
