Could you post any numbers that are on the headlight lens? Maybe that will help to come up with more information. Any chance that may be from a Lincoln model? A 2003 Lincoln LS looks very similar but hard to tell as I cannot find a picture of a 2003 Sunflyer with a real clear picture of the headlights straight on... (After further review, it looks like your headlights have a thinner profile (height) then the LS.) Also, you should be able to call Winnebago and they can tell you what automobile manufacturer they are from. While I already knew my motorhome assemblies were from a Chevy Suburban, I called them to verify before ordering.
I recently changed out the headlight assemblies on my Itasca, which are from the 1999-2003 Chevrolet Suburban. I have one of those model-year Suburbans and it took me about 10 minutes total to replace them... on the motorhome? More like a few hours! While the headlight assembly has to come out the front of the front cap, it's like Winnebago made the headlight opening ½" too small and it was more than ridiculous getting them out... and adjusting them once installed? Almost impossible due to the lack of access and the mounting plates that block almost any view of where you want to view. Removal was so difficult that I called Winnebago just to verify that they did have to come out the front... (yes), and was told by the customer service tech that usually the front cap is being replaced due to an accident, so then it's EASY to replace the headlights. So I asked him if engineering ever considered that they might need to be replaced for reasons OTHER than front-end damage, and the front cap not being removed... he said "I guess not..." -RT
