Thanks FrontRangeRver- You've been a great help. I'll pull the filter out and see if I can see the thermister, maybe this is what they tried to do in November when I had it worked on in Forest City. If not I'll call and see where I go from here. I guess it's no really big problem if they won't fix it, the only time it causes any difficulties is when we are in the mountains of Colorado in late May or early June and there is too much dust or train smoke to open the windows for cool air. Just an aggrevation. Thanks again.
