Winnebago 07 - Automatic leveling jacks...

My Winnebago (07) Voyage has automatic leveling jacks. All I have to do is have the ignitaion switch on & Parking brake set, push the on/off button and it levels the rig. This afternoon, I parked, set the brake, turned on the ignitation and nothing happened. This panel usually lights up like a christmas tree....nothing. I checked the Aux battery switch, still nothing. Evenything else in the rig seems to be working. The panel seems to be dead of any current at all.

Anybody out there with any suggestions.

On our 2008 Journey (mfg 2007) with Power Gear hydraulic leveling system which works the way you describe yours, acted just like yours on our first night out, when we started to break camp the next morning.

When we called Power Gear, they told us there was an inline fuse, very close to the pump (probably within 12") and some had been installed with a 5 amp fuse, but should be changed to a 10 amp fuse. We located the 5 amp, changed to 10 amp and have had no more problems with the leveling system to date. As I remember, this fuse is inside a rubber plug or jacket to protect it from the elements.

Try looking at the back of the control panel for the jacks. I assume it's located somewhere near or on your dash. There is a plastic plug connection that connects the panel to the wiring loom. Sometimes this connector plug can become loose or dissconnected. Good luck.

......The 2 answers that were posted let me know that I had to do something behind that touch pad. But I was not really sure. So I called Winnebago service and they said to remove the 4 screws, disconnect all the wires from the touch pad, start the engine (this I did not understand), reattach all the wires and it should reboot its self. I did and it did. And everything is fine.

I'm glad that fixed the problem. My jacks have had the same issue twice and rebooting by removing/replugging the wires also worked for me. I did not, however, start the engine as you described--I don't know what that would do in the process. Anyone have any ideas?

My 2001 Mountai Aire has this same inline fuse near the pump and it blew last week. It killed everything on the board. Check that fuse first. It's in a rubber plug/ jacket just like ns09 said. In fact my rubber jacket overheated and started smoking last week when it blew. I just finished washing my MH and everthing was wet around this plug. I had to remove the rubber plug and put a new fuse in and tape it up good. Any body else have this plug overheat and melt before??

Well each of the two times I had to reset mine, there was a power issue. Once after a dead batt and once after the engine batt had been replaced. I can NOT see how starting the engine with the circuit board disconnected does anything. I did not start the engine either time.
