If you cannot find the leak around the windshield gasket you may take a look at the clearance lights or anything mounted close to the windshield such a spot lights, roof mounted horns and antennas. Birds have been known to loosen clearance lights.

windshield leak

I have also ran a bead of silicone along the top of the trim gasket on both the upper and lower windshield areas....no leaks and no rusted windshield clips after 8 years.....RKL

Our 2008 39Z Journey leaked at the top center of the windshield when we first got it but fortunately I was able to get it into the dealer for warranty work before it ran out. They spent alot of time working on it and I believe they pulled the cabinets from the inside at the front of the coach. So far so good but now I am concerned about the rust potential. I have already had rust problems around the electrical compartment door and had to have that cleaned, primed and repainted.

We had a leak from the windshield top and it turned out to be the clearance lights. All five were sealed by the dealer and it has never leaked again.
