What is this

Recently took delivery of a 2014 Winnebago Vista 35f. They gave us this tool and I don't know what it is for. Any thoughts?

Looks like a tool used to hook a bug guard to the heating vent on the extrerior of your coach. The end has a slot in it that enables you to push the wire hooks on the bug netting into the exhaust tube holding it in place. So there you go.

That is it. I just installed a couple of them. It pushes a spring inward until it catches then you pull the tool loose.
