What is the purpose of the "mobile monitor"

We are in the process of buying a 2011 Tour. We're trading in our 2006 Gulfstrem Tourmaster. There's a Sony Mobile Monitor mounted in the dash. The tech here couldn't answer the question. Anyone out there have an answer?

On my 13 the Sony monitor is where I display my NAV while driving down the road. I'm sure it will do more but, I haven't messed with it.
Also, winnebagoind.com should have a manual online for that coach. Try that too.

That's the one. But why have two separate nav systems?

JamieBoyle, the factory RV Radio in that coach does not have GPS.

Ok,
It is a Winnebago radio. Must be an upgrade.

Deceptive title; I immediately thought "ankle bracelet".
