Washing Machine Not Filling with Water - Help

We have an 2011 Itasca Ellipse 40BD that we just purchased. When we went to try to use the washing machine (in bathroom) it was lighting up but did not fill with water. We checked our manual to find out that there could be a water shutoff valve. We checked in back of our couch which the manual directed us too but did not find a hidden panel. We checked in the bathroom and did not see any valve to switch on or off...anyone else experience this issue or can anyone tell us where to look?

can you trace the hot and cold hoses from the back of the washing machine. The hoses are usually less than 3-4' long and the valves should be fairly close to the machine for this reason.
