Update on 2004, slide shoes, awning, rusty wind shield frame

I called HWH and told them about the slide guides and they said ok. Then called Winnebago and they said have I contacted HWH that it was their warranty....so made an appointment with HWH...Hoping I don't get into a hassle after driving 1000 miles to get there.
