Angry Thetford black streak bug remover

Hello All,

I bought and used the thetford black street bug remover on my newer (2015) Class C and in certain spots it removed the clear coat. I tried waxing my RV but it really didn't help much. I then took it in to get a professional wash and wax (Camping World) and it did not help either. I have two questions:

1. Has anyone else had this problem, with this product?
2. What is the best way to restore the finish?

Thanks so much, this really has us bummed out!
