Rossi6998 here are a couple of pictures of the inside trim on our dinette with the slide out. It is about a 1 1/4" from the back of the wood trim to the wall. The seal is well compressed.

Very interesting... Here is a picture of how my slide looks now and a picture of how it used to look. (Sorry... the pictures attached sideways).

To really determine if it is sealing properly when extended, extend it at night and shine a flash light into the seal area from inside the dark coach. Have someone outside to see if there is light coming thru onto the side of the slide. Good luck. Rkl

Rossi6998, looking at the pictures and looking at the parts catalog for the 2013 model and the current model. You have the latest upgrade to the slide system. Looks just like ours. If my memory serves me correctly one of the changes was adding the D-bulb seal to the inside which you now have. I can see where it does look totally different.
Put a sheet of paper in the seal and see if it holds.
