Splash Guard Skirt

Hi!
From reading past posts, it seems there's a toss-up on whether to install mud flaps on a Class A. What are your thoughts on adding a splash guard skirt? I'm looking for a way to decrease the amount of dust blowing back on my toad. We own a 2013 Sightseer and pull a 1990 Miata.
