I need to replace the slide toppers on my rig. My wife can handle the sewing if I can find a good deal on the material. Have any of you found a good (inexpensive) source?
I have gotten my Slide Topper Material off EBAY. Some of the vendors cut material and sew the ends. My wife sewed ends for me.
I had a roll of Sunbrella from my boating days. Friends wife made all new toppers for their Monaco out of the roll.
Vinyl is what mine are. Another name for Sunbrella is Acrylic.
Some good prices can also be found on Shade Pros site.

I also bought mine on Ebay from a vendor in Yuma, AZ. Sorry I don't remember the name of the vendor but a search on Ebay for
"RV SIDE TOPPER" showed 22 listings. The second hit was a vendor from Yuma.
Here is the link.
We had ours made by Stone Vos (www.stonevos.com). They use lifetime-warranty thread (ours had rotted from the sun) and fantastic material. With their instructions we were able to replace them ourselves.

I've heard reports that this company is good and your wife shouldn't have to do any sewing if you send them the correct measurements. Read the testimonials.
