Sorry, that is going to be a tough one as we no longer get the full details on the newer units, so some guessing is about as good as we can get.
A few details do show up, so some testing will be needed to go much further.
I find the detail drawing for the control and that might be a place to start if you can get it out to check the wiring. Have you verified that it is a battery supply problem or just first checking that?
If you have a meter on hand I might favor checking the inputs to the control for battery and ground on these points.

A second way to go is by testing each fuse to make sure we are not missing a blown one as there appears to be none labeled for the awning.
Something to check might be by looking for one which is NOT shown on this drawing. The wire for the positive 12volt is FFD and the ground wire is FFE and that ground does show in this fuse group as being on the ground bus, even though the hot side is not shown.
That leaves me guessing that the hot side is there but just not labeled??
So do you see any fuses which are NOT listed on this drawing as that leads me to think it might be the one for the awning? There are lots of empty fuse spaces shown!
With no info on wire-by-wire schematics after the 2010 model years, we get into lots more guessing. With more complex wiring and more solid state items we are quickly reaching a place where DIY is not going to work very well!
Hope this will lead to finding the prize!
