No Power to Exterior 110 Outlet

The exterior 110 outlet has lost power. I have removed and inspected the outlet and wiring connections look fine. It is not a dead end outlet and has both load and line connections, so I would guess that there is at least one other component on the circuit, but darned if I know what it might be.

I have checked GFI outlets, but none of them are tripped. I have checked breakers and cannot find the breaker or fuse which might return power to this outlet.

Does anyone have an idea where there might be a fuse for this exterior outlet?

Thanks very much,
Ron

Did you check the breakers on the inverter?

I would second checking the inverter. When we lost power on our outside outlets I consulted the owners manual. Much to my surprise they are controlled through the inverter. In our case the breaker was on the back side and difficult to find.

Does Winnebago still offer downloads of the wiring schematics on their website? I downloaded mine and they are very detailed.

The outside outlet should be wired to a GFCI outlet somewhere.

If the GFCI is on the inverter powered circuit and the inverter breaker is tripped, the GFCI will not reset.

Just pushing the reset button doesn't necessarily reset them. It needs to click in. For that it needs power to it.

Plug something in to the GCFI outlet to confirm power in it and power to any outlets beyond it.

According to the Body, 110 Volt Wiring Diagram for your coach the exterior outlet is controlled by the GFI outlet in the bath (not the on in the toilet).

rogo88,if you have an inverter and the inverter breaker is tripped most of the outlets in the coach will be without power.
The exterior outlet is fed from the GFCI in the bathroom.
Could be a bad outlet in the bathroom.

It's likely on a gfci outlet. In a previous coach my outside outlet died, found a gfci outlet in the bathroom I did not know was there. It was mounted in the bottom of a upper cabinet over the sink area, not visible unless you bent over and looked up at the bottom of the cabinet. Sneaky...

No Power To Exterior 110 Outlet

Thank you to everyone who responded.

Most referred to GFI outlets. I believe I have two...bath sink area and toilet area. I had checked them both. Went back and tested and reset them both and the problem was solved.

Thanks again,
Ron
