Mold in Refrigerator

This may be common knowledge to some of you, but I learned my lesson about leaving my refrigerator door closed after my last camping trip. Opened up after a week of sitting and mold was starting to accumulate on shelves and racks.
Will now leave doors open when not in use. Also added a tub of damp rid just for a little extra protection .
Learning as I go. New to owning RV. Like all the advice I find on this forum.
Heading out for the New Years weekend. Happy Camping!

We also open a roof vent(assuming you have a cover for it).
