When to bring in the LR slide on my 2004 35u and it was cocked and hit on the ceiling behind the drivers seat. It went out fine yesterday. Now in will not seal tight after getting in. Can anybody help with a fix, or is this a job for the dealer, 75 miles away. Should it be under warrarnty? Vet Man

Our slide was 'off' just a bit after bringing in..luckily we're only 10 miles from dealer and had other warranty work to be done. There was a plastic 'piece' that locks the slide in (recalling from memory here) at the top that was broken. They did replace it. Other than that, the only thing I can suggest is giving them a call to see if they know what might have caused it. (Naturally they'll say 'bring it in'.) You may get lucky and get an answer by phone. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Good luck.

Happy travels!

Since this is the week end, might as well cal HWH on Monday morning and ask them. At least they understand that you just can "bring it in". Maybe they can guide you through a fix, at least you'll be communicating with the company that makse the parts.

I believe the slides have a 3 year warranty so it should be covered.

You did not notice the suggestion probably that suggested you call HWH. They made the slide and they are very helpful and ressposive. They really stand behind their product. They may be able to suggest a simple fix.

I was told at the factory that slides were under warranty for three years. I don't know if their policy changed, but if you have any further trouble I would contact factory service.
