Lower basement compartments thin plywood with aluminum foil? '13 Sunstar

I have some water getting into my drivers side compartment just forward of the rear wheel. Winnebago said its probably a seam seal. While looking I see the floor and outside wall appear to be cheap thin luan ply or something similar covered with very thin aluminum foil. Isnt this asking for rot
Are all these constructed this way ?? Seems rather cheesy for an 80k motorhome...

Can you please say what kind of Winnebago you have? I have Vista and all it's basement compartments are made of painted steel sides and bottoms with sealed seams secured with rivets and self tapping screws - with a piece of styrofoam glued to the steel floor with a piece of very low pile carpet glued to the top of the styrofoam.

I have a 2013 Sunstar 26 he
The back walls are black steel, the floor under the carpet are green colored aluminum foil over thin plywood
The same for the outside walls, so if you look in the compartment at the back side of the outside wall you will probably see green what look like metal but look at the edge it’s thin aluminum foil over thin ply with foam behind it
