leveler is not coming down

I have a 2006 Adventurer that is new to Us when
we got home from our last outing the left rear leveler would not come down. I have auto levelers, but I tried it in manuel and auto and it still doesn't move. Anyone have any Ideas. thanks in advance

While one person is trying activate the switch, to lower, tap the solenoid that corresponds to that jack. Mine gets stuck now and then and a slight tap will free it up.

On my '96-7 Adventurer 34 I started to lower the jacks with Dad watching the other side. Before trying to lift much he noticed the passenger side weren't going down. Further inspection showed they are wired up and missing some return springs. I'll have to order and install these before trying again to level it. I just wish this driveway would dry out (ground frost is still thawing) so we can crawl under to work on it.

Trying (only) the right side jacks again yesterday, this time the front one wouldn't swing down. Also when releasing (outer levers pulled in), the rear end dropped but the springs didn't pull the jack up this time. We had to pry it up with a bar, at which time it swung up on its own. We tried this several times. Might we have to lube (with what) the cylinder shaft or anything else when extended to loosen it up?

I've been using WD40 Dry Lubricant called PFTE Spray. Seems to work well and doesn't attract dust or dirt. I also try to wipe the shafts before I retract them.
