Level Best Jacks

I have a 2005 Voyage and just started having a problem with the jacks.

When I turn the power on the left front & left rear jacks start going down by themselves and won't stop until I turn off the control panel.

When I turn the control panel back on nothing is moving until I push the front button and then the left front & right front jacks start down but won't stop until I turn off the control panel.

When I turn it back on nothing is moving until I push the button to activate the right front & rear jacks and they start down and won't stop until I turn off the control panel.

When I turn the control panel back on, nothing is moving. When I push the button for the rear left & right jacks, nothing happens.

When I push the button for the left side front & rear jacks, nothing happens.

The "all up" button puts all jacks back up okay, Fluid level is fine. Could it be the control panel be the problem with the jacks ?

I believe that there is a plug on the back of the control panel. Pull the panel and then unplug it for 5 or 10 seconds. Plug it back in and see if that helps. I am told that this should reset the panel. If that does not work then maybe the panel is bad.
